Place of great natural interest

Every year, nearly a million visitors from all over Europe come to admire one of the most famous sites of the western world.

Vistors can now enjoy a new reception area, which elegantly combines tradition and modern facilities and is the first stage of a unique restoration operation. 800 metres back from the old site, there is now a new 1,000-space parking area which blends in perfectly with the environment. Close by, visitors will find relocated shops and restaurants, the site's centre with a 100-seat projection theatre and an exhibition hall.

The aim of this operation is to raise visitors' awareness about the wealth of the natural environment and the charms of Cap-Sizun, an area of infinite attractions.

Guide service

A guide service is available to take you on a discovery tour of the countryside between the moors and the ocean.

The natural environment is now being preserved thanks to the:

. organisation and upkeep of footpaths,

. use of revegetation techniques based on experiments recently carried out.
